The Witcher 3: Super Turbo Lighting Mod by Essenthy [with comparison]
I would describe this mod as the closest we can get to E3 2014 lighting at the moment. Sorry for the video quality, usually my shadowplay recordings seem to look less compressed.
Please note that i'm not using the cold color grading option from the mod here and my ingame graphics settings are mostly set to medium.
