The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Giant waves bug!
First i got this bug with no waves at all and mirror-like flat water. If you meditate next to the sea, there will occur some kind of tesselation bug (?) with very large waves. The water surface will normalize after a while though. "Unfortunately" going on a boat fixes this immediately :(
