INAV VTX power on a radio switch - tutorial

INAV allows you to set VTX power (as well as VTX channel and band) with a flip of a switch. You only have to use the Programming framework to set it up. With some creative usage of the Logic Conditions (and Global Functions in INAV 2.5) you can assign any radio switch to change the VTX power over SmartAudio or ImmersionRC Tramp protocol.
