Chakra Clearing Meditation
Welcome Mystical Starseeds to another video from Emily the Mystic! In this video, I will guide you through a relaxing, rejuvenating meditation experience. We will cleansing, clearing and aligning all 12 of our chakra energy centers, along with our auric field. The goal is to help you come back into full balance and feel like your most aligned self again. Use this meditation whenever you feel blocked in resistance or when you feel stuck or stagnant energy. Maybe you feel emotional and you need some time to sit back, receive, and allow the beautiful energetic work that we’ll be doing in this meditation to shift your energy. Repeat this meditation at any other time to receive optimal results. Follow your intuition when you feel the need to use this meditation.
You may wish to perform this mediation either sitting or lying down so that you can fully relax and enjoy the experience as it was intended.
