The Difference Between Prophet, Apocalypticist, and Apostle:
The prophet speaks of the future coming of the Messiah.
The apocalypticist places himself in the last day, the day of wrath: he sees the end coming and describes what he sees.
The apostle speaks of the present coming, in the "now time," the time of the end, the time remaining between time and its end.
