Plain flour
50g Butter
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 Carrots
2 Onions
4 Celery
1 can Tomato paste
2 tbsp Plain flour
1 Cinnamon
3 Star anise
5 Cloves
2 Bay leaves
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
2 Canned tomatoes
1 litre Beef stock
Salt and pepper to taste
