It was truly a soulful spectra light and water show in Marina Bay Sands, and it touched my heart as I enjoyed the entire 15 minutes of the light show. Spectra Marina Bay Sands light and water show starts at 8.00pm and 9.00pm daily.
The Spectra, A Light & Water Show is Southeast Asia’s largest light and water show which is held at Event Plaza at the Promenade at Marina Bay Sands. This amazing light and water show tells an amazing story about life by using light, music and sound which will wonder and amaze all visitors.
This magnificent show celebrates local talent, and utilises a number of experienced artists to create a unique and original musical score, just for this show. During the show, visitors will be able to see and elegant fountain react to the musical score with 18 individually controlled fountains, lit up by LED lights, which reach up to 20 metres in height.
The Spectra light and water show was launched in 2017. It tells the story of Singapore’s journey from its early days to the city it is today. This is presented in four acts and makes use of light, water, special effects and sound to tell the story.
At the center of the performance lies a bespoke, 12-metre tall, laminated glass-and-stainless-steel prism. It features lasers which beam down from Marina Bay Sands’ three towers to spectacular effect.
