My favorite, most delicious cookie! Easy recipe for soft almond cookies. Crispy, glossy, shiny on top. Inside with a soft, viscous middle.

100 g almond flour
220 g sugar
90 g egg white (3 pcs)
40 g wheat flour
Mixing all products
We plant with a diameter of about 4 cm
Bake at 150°C for about 13-14 minutes
