2024 Early October 2024: A big wave of matsutake mushrooms arrives in Shinshu
Until now, the matsutake mushrooms in Shinshu have been full of insect bites and have been in poor condition. But with the drop in temperature in October, they have suddenly exploded in number! Including those that I couldn't fit here, the harvest was over 5 kg in one week. What a wonderful blessing from the mountains.
