i cracked menken's code
so remember that video I uploaded yesterday? well, turns out there was more to it.
top track: “evermore”, chorus, sung by dan stevens. vocals isolated, no other adjustments made
middle track: “i see the light”, instrumental. pitch lowered, no other adjustments made
last track: “how does a moment last forever”, instrumental. pitch lowered, tempo slightly adjusted, no other adjustments made.
please excuse the weird echo in the video, idk how to get rid of it. the pitch adjustments to “i see the light” and “how does a moment…” were done to fit “evermore”. bc the bpm of “moment” and “i see the light” aren’t the same, the beginning is a bit wonky as always but the chord progressions as well as the actual notes etc are still eerily similar. as for “evermore”….well, i think the video speaks well enough for itself.
