TWERK tutorial #1 // how to twerk for BEGINNERS // ENGLISH
Hello, my busy beavers! Today we are going to learn how to twerk! This is part one and we will focus on twerking in the frog pose, a pose in which it is easier to learn the basic movement necessary to twerk. Next time we will try to twerk while standing! So, don't forget to hit like and subscribe to not miss part 2!
Don't forget to put on comfy clothes! They just be very thin, short or if you are alone at home, jut do it naked XD. It's important to be able to let the glutes relax and wiggle! If you wear very tight and/ or thick pants, those will limit your ability to twerk!
