Hello, fellow Kotliners!
Time for the next virtual get-together. This time Renato Costa tells us about "Reactive World - Bootiful RSocket with Coroutines". A presentation plus some live coding!
Here is the abstract:
In the current landscape of microservices, handling communication between services in an efficient manner is key. This talk will explore the RSocket protocol, and in how it can help you build faster and more resilient services, and how easily you can start using it, along with Spring and Kotlin Coroutines.
About the speaker:
Renato Costa is a Hamburg Based Kotlin developer and has explored many technologies and programming languages throughout the past 11 years of professional development career, both on the backend as in the frontend (such as C#, Java, Javascript, Typescript, Python, Go). He is passionate about learning, and even more passionate about applying new technologies and techniques to build upon and improve systems and processes. Renato is currently working on reactive systems, and exploring the power of Kotlin Coroutines!
We are also looking for awesome speakers and talks. Let us know and don't be shy, we are a friendly bunch and are happy to help you with your speaker career!
