►Ingredients
►Brownies
180g dark chocolate
115g or half cup unsalted butter
200g or 1 cup white sugar
2 large or 3 Medium eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp sea salt
85g or half cup 2 tbsp plain flour
25g or 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
►Pancakes
1 large egg
1/4 cup or 50g white sugar
1/2 cup or 130ml milk
2 tbsp or 27ml sunflower oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp or 5ml vanilla extract
1 cup or 130g plain flour
1 tsp or 4g baking powder
1/2 tsp or 2g baking soda
Some butter
►Chocolate Sauce
2 cups or 530ml milk
250g milk chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar or to taste
1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch) mixed in some milk
►White Chocolate Sauce
2 cups or 430g evaporated milk
100g white chocolate
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp plain flour or use cornflour to thicken it
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp butter
Some strawberries, bananas and smile on your face.
