2 tsp white vinegar

3 tbsp oil
250g beef mince
1/2 cup red beans
1 tomato
2 tbsp chopped jalapenos
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 cup beef stock
1 thyme twig
1 tsp red chili
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup water
Cooked fries as required
