Here are the steps you need to follow to install the Android Ice cream sandwich Theme on GNOME 3(GTK/Shell).
1: Download The Theme

2: Download the Android ICS Wallpaper
http://wallbase.cc/wallpaper/1434133
3: Copy the downloaded Folder
Copy Holo to ~/.themes/folder
4: Install gnome tweak and dconf tools
sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool && sudo apt-get install dconf-tools
5: Install User-theme Extension
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/gnome3
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gnome-shell-extensions-user-theme
6: Log out/Log Back In
ALT + F2, type R, followed by ENTER OR simply log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
Once done,Turn on user shell extension in Gnome tweak tool.
7: Open Dconf Editor
Open Dconf editor and navigate to : org - gnome - shell - extensions - user theme
