The parking and paving zone occupies 2/3 of the plot. There is a canopy for cars. The canopy is made of metal frame on stilts.
Storm sewage is laid around the perimeter of the parking lot, house and bathhouse, which helps to quickly collect waste water and snow from the blind area.
In the green area of the site, between the veranda of the house and the barbecue area, a New Year tree was arranged.
A rosary is planned near the winter garden near the house. It is clearly visible from every corner of the plot.
Along the perimeter planted a girl’s grape, which creates "green lace" around the perimeter of the plot, and in the background, green lace is complemented by thuja.
