Plot in Novotoksovo. 16 acres. Work on the facility began with the dismantling of the old infrastructure and the cleansing of the territory. Between the fence and the pond there is a barbecue area with a gazebo. The differences on the site are preserved and fortified by gabions. The facility made zoning of the territory. In the middle of the plot is a house that goes around a path. This technique solves functional and aesthetic planning issues. A decorative garden, a sports ground and a quiet relaxation area were made at the facility. To carry out work on the site, a landscape project was created with engineering documentation. In the first stage of work, the following was carried out: clearing the territory, moving earth masses, installing drainage and storm sewers. The second stage of work included: paving, terracing, the installation of stairs in a natural style. A lawn, large trees, shrubs and flowers were planted, auto watering was arranged, and decorative lighting of the territory was carried out.
