Architects reimagine modern Tbilisi
Out with the old, and in with the new. Multiverse is a young group of architects specialising in post-industrial projects and breathing new life into old, abandoned Soviet-era buildings. Their latest project, Fabrika, is a case in point. Against all odds and doubts, they transformed an old sewing factory into a modern creative complex that hosts independent boutiques, start-up hubs, restaurants and co-working spaces.
With support from the EBRD’s Advice for Small Businesses programme, we helped them improve their company’s branding and visibility, which boosted their market presence and gave them the opportunity to expand their projects.
