"9-Torg" is the matriarch of the Torg Family located in the slums of Blim City, and a minor antagonist and first boss in High On Life. Her bounty is 1,000 Pesos.
She appears to look like a Mantis with bulging eyes and 2 antennae with blue tips on them. She has mantis like mandibles. On her left mandible, she has a laser gun which shoots lasers.
