Daily Mail Lying About a Fake Tax
The Daily Mail are trying to suggest that Ed Miliband has resurected a plan to fine companies for failing to meet heat pump targets. In reality, it is a Conservative plan and Miliband has massively reduced the levels of the fines. This is not simply misleading, it is a bare-faced lie.
