Beef Rib Roast on the Weber Charcoal Grill
In this video, I cook a beef prime rib, or rib roast on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill. I seasoned the outside of the roast with kosher salt and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper https://amzn.to/2Q87DE0 and cooked it for 2 1/2 hours but I should have let it cook a little bit longer.
