You need to have completed the Kuva Quest for the Queens.
Mission: PLUTO :: HYDRA
Type: Capture 30-34
RIFT: Get 25/75 Kills in (invite Only/Solo) Mode.
Note: if doing with +players each player add +25 required to kill,
IF they enter the RIFT!

Two players runs the map, on do rift 25 kills other wait outside.
the player who needs an sister, kills and capture the Neonite.

Quick Video How you run through to get an "LARVA".
A. Get the Capture Target (if closer then 150m).
B. Get inside the RIFT - Get 25 of 75 Kills.
C. Once the Sister Mistress speaks, Nuke the NeoNite.
D. Claim the weapon if you want it, or repeat!
Note: The NeoNite can NEVER have the same weapon twice in a row!
