You need to have completed the Kuva Quest for the Queens.
Mission: Saturn :: Cassini
Type: Capture
Quick Video How you run through to get an "LARVA".
A. Get the Capture Target.
B. Make sure your (NOT INVISIBLE/HIDDEN), And kill targets.
C. Once the Kuva Guardian speaks, Nuke the LARVA.
D. Claim the weapon if you want it, or repeat!
Note: The LARVA can NEVER have the same weapon twice in a row!
