FIT BALL for LEG FLEXIBILITY // ENGLISH
Today we gonna loosen up a little with the help of an excercise ball (also known as fit ball and stability ball). We gonna stretch those legs in particular and we gonna struggle with our balance a little, probably. It's gonna be fun!
If you don't have a stability ball, you could be using a chair instead for most of the exercises.
