Sim Racing Beginner's View - Fanatec CSW v2.5 Settings for F1 2020
Here we are with another of my Clubsport Wheel settings videos. Again I'll keep this short and sweet so we don't interfere with your racing time and this time around we're looking at Codemasters F1 2020.
This game does provide you with some reasonable defaults but I found them a little lacking, hopefully you'll enjoy the difference these make.
In Fanalab click on the tuning menu and use these settings:
SEN: 360
FF: 90%
DRI: -2
FEI: 80
FOR: 100%
SPR: 100%
DPR: 100%
SHO: 100%
Switch over to the Game Profile tab, select F1 2020 from the left hand nav and type in a profile name in the text field just above the save button. Hit save and click the [Default] button to ensure this profile is loaded with the game. Once that is done we can move on to the in game settings.
Once the game has loaded, go to Game Options; Settings; Controls, Vibration & Force Feedback and then select the built in profile which best matches your hardware. Press the options button, then enable and edit the profile. In the edit screen, tab over to Vibration & Force Feedback and use the following settings:
Vibration Strength: 75
On Track Effects: 20
Rumble Strip Effects: 30
Off Track Effects: 20
Wheel Damper: 0
Understeer Enhance: Off
You should now be good to have some fun racing in F1 2020. Enjoy!
