The Kepler-90 system is a planetary system located approximately 2,545 light-years away from Earth in the constellation Draco. It was discovered by NASA's Kepler spacecraft in 2013 and has been the subject of intense study ever since.

The system consists of a Sun-like star, Kepler-90, and at least eight planets orbiting around it. In December 2017, researchers used machine learning to analyze data from the Kepler spacecraft and discovered a new planet, Kepler-90j, in the Kepler-90 system. This discovery brought the total number of planets in the system to eight, tying it with the TRAPPIST-1 system for the most planets orbiting a single star discovered at the time.
