About the hosts:
Joshua Britt and Robert Keilman are licensed real estate agents and flipper investors in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Also called the Tidewater area of Virginia or Coastal Virginia; this area comprises of Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, Williamsburg, Poquoson, Isle of Wight, and other surrounding areas.
We are retired Navy veterans; Josh retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer and Robert as a Chief Petty Officer after 20 years of service. We proudly support our fellow veterans, active duty and reservice service members and their families.
After the Navy, we both went into real estate full time and never looked back. Real estate is our passion; and we love helping people achieve their goals in buying a home or selling a home. As investors, nothing feels more satisfying than acquiring a property that suffered years of neglect; and with a little capital, and some project management skills, transform an eyesore of a neighborhood into the envy!
