VariCAD – Detection of Library Parts in 3D Space, Selection Mode
To make sure you select only objects inserted from mechanical part libraries, you can turn on selection filter. Right-click an empty area and from pop-up menu, choose “Selection method”, and “Detect library parts, advanced features”. Then, cursor detects only parts inserted from libraries. This filter allows detection of library parts inserted in version 2020-1 and later. These parts support advanced features. Older library parts do not contain necessary data related to new features.
