Student Body President and Parliamentarian, Elle & Hava, co-host the Morning Announcements. They welcome special guest, Luc, from the fourth-grade. Luc recently won the Future Engineers Writing Contest for his essay on Radioisotope Power Systems (type of nuclear battery), "I Have the Power to Explore." There were only 15 students in grades K-4 recognized in all of North America. Hava highlights the entertainer, Pink, for Hava's Wonderful Women in History. Principal Martinez shows some of the performers for this year's UNity Fair. Doodle submissions are shared for this weeks prompt, "Write a welcome message to our Swiss student teachers." A short video of Carpenter's former Restorative Justice Coordinator, Erica Easley, accepting her graduate degree in Elementary Counseling from USC is shown, and the Words of Wisdom are focused on wisdom.
