Portal 2 - Phase 1 - sp_a2_turret_intro - Route - Update 1
TTomFX's route had him throw the cube onto the button and bunny hop into the doorway while taking fire from the turrets. I literally said, "Fuck that. That's hard as shit." So, instead of doing that, I thought, "I need to get the cube to the button faster." After some testing, this route was born.
I use a different cube this time. I put a blue portal onto the wall above the second cube. Then, I portal onto the wall near where the camera is. I fall from the wall and shoot a blue portal onto the floor while grabbing the cube immediately after I shoot the portal. Then, I get flung almost directly in front of the floor button. I place the cube on the button, portal on the ceiling above the doorway, portal on the floor below me, and fall in front of the door and make my quick getaway.
