Portal 2 - Phase 1 - sp_a3_bomb_flings - Route - Update 1
I got this idea off of szeimartin's recent video. If you haven't seen his stuff, check out his vids here: / szeimartin
I think this has the potential to be faster than my other route, but I honestly don't know. This video is 33 milliseconds faster than the other video, so it really doesn't give a reasonable conclusion to if it is the faster route or not.
Basically, hitting that button as fast as possible is what can reduce the time for this route. I was basically trying to get a portal onto the angled surface without hitting the E-field. This is the quickest I came up with.
I also spent other attempts at making a faster non-gel route, but I couldn't get the angles to work right. Otherwise, this route is at least easier than other routes I've seen, but I'd really like to find the fastest way. Enjoy!
