[3DS] How To Load The Homebrew Launcher On Latest Firmware (100% Free)
In this video I'll be showing you how to access The Homebrew Launcher on the 3DS. This works on the latest firmware (11.13) on both the Old 3DS and New 3DS, and is 100% free as well. This exploit is as simple as copying some files to your SD card and then visiting a website on the Internet Browser! It's been a while since we've had something this simple that works so well. We can finally relive those times.
