The Team came together recently and developed a prototype Welding Fixture Table.
This table has a robust rib structure that interlocks to create rigidity and structural integrity to ensure a flat surface. The real value of this table is not just the flatness, but the ability to use multiple clamping systems on any location to ensure quality of fabrication and increases efficiency during the assembly and welding progress.
The benefit of this standardized table is that you can add extension sections within minutes to suit varies product size builds and remove easily to optimize space within the area.
You could say it a “Multi-Connect” Solution.
