What to do when you don't feel like doing anything

Not every single day can be a highly-superhumanly-productive one. Slow days are realistic and in fact necessary to maintain our sanity. Throughout the month our energy levels ebb and flow, which is a normal part of being human. The pressure of always being "on" and ready to perform can leave us feeling exhausted and in most cases lead to burnout.

So through this video, I am sharing some simple ways to feel better when we are stuck in a rut. These have worked for me every time I felt defeated, and yet needed to pull myself out in order to keep moving forward.
