Episode 83: Sailing Koufinisi to Despotiko
This episode Cass and Shelly continue their adventures as they set sail from Koufinisi to Despotiko. A 6 hour sail where the winds came and went throughout the journey. While the winds are down we pulled in the sails and Shelly goes down below to slice veggies for veggie stir fry. This makes for an easy meal once we have arrived where she can throw everything plus rice and eggs into a pot and have dinner ready in about 15 minutes. Super quick and easy meal on the go. We are expecting a big storm in Despotiko but it came in earlier and stronger than expected. Stay tuned for next weeks episode where we fight for hours and loose our anchor several times.
