How to Teach The Breast Stroke Kick
The Breast Stroke kick can be one of the most difficult skills for a junior swimmer to master. Building a skill base which allows the swimmer to develop naturally is the key. This video shows a progression of drills starting with basic flexi-dorsion, and building up to the full kick.
