This is from the mod Tactical Expansion for Crysis. One of the many new equipment you get from this mod is the "Remote Nuclear Warhead", which is essentially C4 with the power of the nuke launched from the TAC Tank.
Here is the nuke easily securing the train station in the level Onslaught. After all, once you've annihilated everyone within 100 meters, there will be no more resistance to you taking over.
