Rotating a video can sometimes be tricky, especially iPhone videos that are recorded in portrait mode but get imported into Blender with a landscape orientation.

** July 2020 Update ** This method is good for most basic editing. For example, you can use it rotate a landscape video into portrait and overlay on top of another landscape video - as long as they both have the same aspect ratio and you do not enable "Image Offset" for the video being rotated.
