Recipe:
For the dough:
160 g butter
150 ml milk
150 ml water
3/4 (three quarters) teaspoon salt
1 tsp + 3/4 (1 tsp and three quarters) teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tsp + 1/2 tsp (one and a half) tsp sugar
160 wheat flour
5 eggs (This is approximately. You may need less. Watch the consistency of the dough. I will tell you in detail in the video)

For the cream:
500 ml cream (35% fat)
1 can of condensed milk

For the ganache:
300 g chocolate drops (I have milk chocolate)
3 tbsp. oil

Classic eclairs (20 pieces, 13 cm by 2.5 cm) bake for 35 minutes at 175C

Small eclairs (50 pieces, 6 cm by 1.5 cm) bake for 30 minutes at 175C

Miniature eclairs (120 pieces, 5 by 1cm) bake for 25 minutes at 175C
