When Ippo COOKED World Ranked Champions
In Ippo's Pacific Championship arc, he faced some of his toughest opponents yet, including world-class champions—the Thai, Philippine, and Indonesian featherweight champions—and finally a hard-hitting lightweight boxer in a title defense. Ippo came out on top in each of these fights, while the other Kamogawa boxers also rose to new heights, with Itagaki finally unleashing his potential and working his way to become the nation’s best boxer.
