Learn how you can correct the permission or template error after user logs in/
This video is a product tutorial on how to correct the permission template error that is being received by an end-user in the organization.
Sometimes when an end-user logs in their Replicon, they may see an error that says: ‘You do not have any permissions or templates. To report the issue, contact your Replicon System Administrator.’ The user might not have any other place to click or move over to.
In situations like this, the end-user contacts the administrator. The administrator will then log in to their system and from the Administration section, they’ll choose the profile of the user who is receiving the error message.
The first step to follow is to assign the rules and permissions to the user as per the requirement.
Next, check the templates that have to be assigned under all three sections: timesheet, time off, and expenses. It is important that every user is assigned to at least one template among these.
In order to assign these templates, go to Timesheets and Assign. Save the user timesheet settings. Similarly, follow the same for time off and expenses templates too.
In order to check if everything is working fine, click on login as the user. If options appear, then it means that the issue has been resolved.
