Armenia Is Your Birthright, Claim It.
Birthright is an organization that offers young Armenians the opportunity to volunteer and stay in Armenia for months at a time. Last week, Zartonk had the pleasure of accompanying Sevan Kabakian on an excursion Birthright had organized for its volunteers to the city of Gyumri and the Monastery of Marmashen. Throughout the day, Mr. Kabakian, the Country Director of 16 years, shared with us the philosophy behind the organization and what it hopes to instill within its volunteers.
