The Sanctuary Of Ushi
A short film about the "Centaur Animal Assisted Therapy Center" in the village of Ushi, Armenia.
Tucked away in a field located between Mount Ararat and Aragats, the center is home to more than 60 animals. Though 14 years ago, when the center was founded, it was originally intended to focus on offering services related to hippotherapy, it has since expanded to also become an animal shelter. Today, in addition to horses, dogs and cats are also used to help people overcome their fears and weaknesses.
