Old Jammed Angle grinder restoration/repair
Hello friends, in this video I will show the restoration of 4 inch angle grinder. I have found this angle grinder at a local scrap dealer. At that time that was totally jammed and useless. When I opened it and found that it is full of rust from inside water is clogged in the gear chamber. So I first decided to clean it with kerosene oil and then removed armature. The armature is also jamming in field coil due to rust so I clean it with an emery wheel. Finally I replaced the carbon brushes, cleaned the grinder body and painted the gear chamber.
