DIY Making of home GYM, Tricep handle bar making
Hello friends, this video is in the series of Making of home gym. In this video I will show the making of Triceps straight handle bar making. like wise my previous work i have concentrated on using scrap material. which I found at my nearest scrap dealer. I have used one inch plumbing pipe instead of solid rod which makes the rod lighter in weight and also made it rotating type. I have also included square handles which i had made earlier but didnt recorded its making.these handles can be used for different types of triceps exercise like lateral pull down etc.
