To download Flow Retopology for Maya plugin...
Autodesk Desktop App:
Open the Autodesk Desktop app.
Log in to your account, if necessary.
Choose the Maya category on the left-hand side.
Scroll to select Flow Retopology for Maya.
Click Install.
Autodesk Portal:
Log into your Autodesk account at manage.autodesk.com.
Navigate to the installer for the Flow Retopology for Maya capability from your account:
Under the Products and Services tab, select Maya.
Scroll to select your version of Maya.
Under the Extensions tab, select View Details.
Download the installer and manually install.
