Ced’s Christmas cocktail, Pagsibol, is inspired by new beginnings. “I wanted to create a cocktail that represents hope and a fresh start, since a new year is about to begin,” shares Ced. “That’s why I made this cocktail with a touch of barako coffee; to start the day energized and hopeful that today will be better than yesterday.”
