Sciemon Maquirang of The Curator created a meticulously concocted cocktail to pair with lechon (seasoned roasted pork), a staple in local celebrations. The holiday season is a time of indulgence; and Piging (feast in Filipino), is a low-abv drink perfect to have after a fatty or heavy meal. It's a great palate cleanser and and thoroughly enjoyable way to cap a decadent holiday feast.
