We will be covering how you can improve productivity, improve product quality and reduce time-to-market using change management in Windchill. Then go into Fast-Track Vs. Full-Track changes, and discuss the differences between the types of changes. We will conclude with a demo of the main components of change management that consists of problem reports, change requests and change notices.
