[Extreme Tropo FM DX] SWEDEN received in Bochum, Germany
An insane and very rare tropo duct to Sweden occured in the early morning hours of June 3, 2024 (between 01:30 and 03:30 CEST).
This marks only the second time I have received Sweden via tropo in this area and prior to this day I never would have thought that receiving local stations from Gothenburg is possible here.
I should mention that my location - being on the northern slope of a hill (ca. 180m above sea level) - was somewhat favorable. However, only my car radio was used for reception, no yagi antenna whatsoever.
